Alcohol: We do not hold an alcohol license. All alcohol/drinks must be supplied by the client or their chosen venue.
Damages Waiver & Deposit: We hold a damages waiver and deposit which is refunded to you upon successful event completion. Unfortunately, chasing broken-glass money after the event is hard.
Tier limit: Tiers are limited to our capabilities and confidence in delivering the service safely. If you are particularly ambitious, we will have to practice & let you know if what you’re asking for is possible you party animals! LOL =P
Decorations: Sometimes we can’t provide what you’re asking for. If this is the case, we will always be honest & upfront about it!
Our Dress code: We call it ritz-ready! It’s our base choice of attire, unless specifically requested!—> we don’t want to ruin the aesthetic of your big day!
Exclusive: When you book we ensure that you are our only client for the day. We give you our full attention so that you can sit back and relax!
How long does it take? It all depends on your vision so and we can work out what would work best for you and the rest of your event.
How Many Champagne Towers can I have? At the moment, we are limited to 1 champagne tower per event.
