Step 1: Initial Consultation

Here we’ll have a chat about what it is you need from me. We’ll discuss where you are in your plans, timelines, expectations, requirements, budgets, external parties and my approach. I will typically ask you a lot of questions to really understand you.

This can take anywhere between 1-3 hours and is typically conducted on the phone or via video call.

Bring yourself, and every bit of planning you have done so far. Bring your Pinterest boards, your inspiration, your vision, and even your outfit if you want to! Anything that will help me understand you and your day better will be useful.
Step 2: Follow-up email

I will send you a follow-up email confirming what we discussed in our call no later than a week after our initial consultation.

If you have any questions, we can What’s App, email or call to discuss them! Send me a message anytime, and I will reply within 48hrs.

I will likely send you an email with a confirmation of understanding letter, which you can read through to clarify any misunderstandings way ahead of time… I will also include a personalised quote and contract. If you have any questions, ask away, but hopefully, by this point - you are happy to go ahead!
Step 3: First or Total Payment Due

Payment due dates will always appear on the invoice I send you via email. If we’ve agreed on an Instalment plan, this will be visible on your invoice and will show the amounts to pay by which date. The instalment plans are most often than not, charged at 0% interest.

Once payment is received, or the first payment (if on an instalment plan), I will send you a receipt of payment - and save your date. All payments are due in full at least 14 days before the date of the wedding. I will confirm this with you via email.

You may make payment to me via bank transfer only. I do not accept cryptocurrency or cheques at this time.
