What You Get: A Half Day (or night) photoshoot.
Hen or Stag Do Photographic Coverage in a continuous block across a 4-hour photo session in the comfort of your own home, or licensed location/event/venue. I pass no judgement in your hour of need! Includes (per event) a 1-hour pre-shoot call or coffee (dependent on proximity) to find out exactly what you’re after & we usually discuss any no-go areas or preferences of the Bride/Groom, before shooting. Weekend trips away or abroad can be covered for additional flights & accommodation, with any additional 4 hour blocks charged at the standard £229 rate. Quotes can be tailored to suit your needs - the sky is the limit!

Booking the Stag or Hen Do Photography Package: How it works
Step 1: Initial Consultation

Here we’ll have a chat about what it is you need from me. We’ll discuss where you are in your plans, timelines, expectations, requirements, budgets, external parties and my approach. I will typically ask you a lot of questions to really understand you.

This can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and is typically conducted on the phone or via video call.

Bring yourself, and every bit of planning you have done so far. Bring your Pinterest boards, your inspiration, your vision, and anything that will help me understand you and your day better - it will be very useful.
Step 2: Follow-up email

I will send you a follow-up email confirming what we discussed in our call no later than a week after our initial consultation.

If you have any questions, we can What’s App, email or call to discuss them! Send me a message anytime, and I will reply within 48hrs.

I will likely send you an email with a confirmation of understanding letter, which you can read through to clarify any misunderstandings way ahead of time… I will also include a personalised quote and contract. If you have any questions, ask away, but hopefully, by this point - you are happy to go ahead!
Step 3: First or Total Payment Due

Payment due dates will always appear on the invoice I send you via email. If we’ve agreed on an Instalment plan, this will be visible on your invoice and will show the amounts to pay by which date. The instalment plans are most often than not, charged at 0% interest.

Once payment is received, or the first payment (if on an instalment plan), I will send you a receipt of payment - and save your photoshoot/date. All payments are due in full at least 14 days before the date of the event/photoshoot. I will confirm this with you via email.

You may make payment to me via bank transfer only. I do not accept cryptocurrency, cash or cheques at this time.
The Hen Do & Stag Do Photography Package includes;.
Basic Set design
I may move items in your home or garden or hotel (with your permission & the hotels) for an aesthetic, & I may pose you in a natural way but I do not provide outfits or props or alcohol. My photos are fun, and vibrant, but very candid and natural. I want to capture you, and your party, as you are - in all your glory. I like to get a real idea of who you are! Whether it’s an afternoon tea & the ballet or Ibiza clubs until 3am - I have one job.. to make you look like a celebrity!
Studio
If you would like to book part or all of the photoshoot in a studio, I can quote based my providers and investigate on your behalf for an additional fee.
Digital, password-protected gallery of images
You will receive 20+ fully edited, retouched, colour corrected and web-friendly sized, 300 dpi .jpg high-res images available for download, watermark free, in a secure digital online gallery, at minimum. Culling of images, including all gallery upload/download processes and archival labour is included.
Please note: Additional photos may be, and often are, included but are discretionary.
Full Editing/retouching
This means; basic eye/teeth whitening, blemish removal, skin smoothing, makeup/garment/subject enhancement(s), lighting/exposure, contrast and colour temperature adjustments, background colour changes or removal, and basic ‘distracting object’ removals.
Travel costs
If you are within 30 miles of ST14 in England, the travel cost is included in the quoted amount. Otherwise, for national or international assignments a reasonable expense quotation will be provided based upon your requirements. I capture family holidays and birthdays too. Delivery
Images are always subject to a 60-day delivery period*. However, express delivery (30 days), instant portrait (14 days) or same-day (24hrs) delivery options can be added to your order. Shorter times may not always be available. Please book ahead. I always strive to present to you something I’m proud of and that I think you’ll love. Quality is paramount.
Personal and promotional usage worldwide licensing
Worldwide on/offline ‘all’ usage annual licensing is granted at renewal cost, otherwise, images may be used to promote the grouped ‘individual’; in personal contexts only, where not made available for resale. Annual or lifetime license options are available if sales for album covers, magazine shoots and artworks ‘for-sale’ purposes are required.
Additional services
Do you require a professional hair stylist, creative director, body painter or make-up artist to complete your vision? No problem. I can recommend some fantastic talents and book them for you. Prices vary based on the requirements of the shoot. You can also order Thank You For Coming Postcards/Prints/Framed Prints and mini PhotoBooks using photos from the shoot through me before/after booking.
*Please note - T&Cs apply. All quotations/contracts/briefs/invoices require sign-off prior to shooting. All necessary permissions/location licensing must be obtained and will be invoiced/billed to the client prior to shooting where the photographer does not hold pre-existing licenses. Additional branded product collection/drop-off charges may apply where sponsorships are involved. In some instances, larger studio space may be required/recommended. Quotes are tailored, therefore final quotes are based on individual party requirements.*
